Submissions Report

An environmental impact statement for the proposal (dated June 2005) was prepared by Ove Arup Pty Ltd in accordance with Part 5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act). Subsequent changes to the EP&A Act have resulted in the project requiring approval under Part 3A of that Act. The Submissions Report was prepared to satisfy the requirements of Part 3A of the EP&A Act, and demonstrates that the RTA has considered all submissions made during the exhibition period of the environmental impact statement .

The Submissions Report will assist the Director-General of the Department of Planning to consider of the proposal. This was submitted to the Department of Planning on Tuesday 1 August 2006.
